I worked with mindhamok, a student wellbeing and mental health service, to define their new TOV and brand positioning. The project involved a series of workshops with the founding team to ideate a new set of vision and mission statements, along with strategising a new channel-specific TOV breakdown. Deliverables included new TOV guidelines, brand boiler plates, channel-specific examples and target audience personas.
